Michael K Madigan Jr. is the Executive Chef and Owner-Founder of Farm 2 Bistro restaurants. He focuses on serving the freshest locally sourced products whenever possible as well as naturally raised meat and sustainable caught seafood. Breakfast lunch and dinner are served up fresh and innovatively and gently priced for the quality delivered. Chef de Cuisine Joey Tripoli's menu reflects seasonally available products and currently includes an always vegetarian Farmers Market Soup; Locally sourced fresh seafood with Rainbow Chard and Roasted Red Peppers; Flatiron Steak with Butternut Squash and Bacon; and the ever-tempting Hand Cut French Fries with Parmesan, Garlic and Truffle Oil. The dessert menu offers a delicious selection of treats which also change seasonally such as S'mores Latte Dark Chocolate Mousse with Graham Cracker Ice Cream and Toasted Marshmallow; Coconut Layer Cake and Whipped Cream; Triple Layer Chocolate Cake with Chocolate and Caramel Sauce and Whipped Cream; and an assortment of mouthwatering ice cream and seasonal sorbet flavors.
