Salugo Bistro is a neighborhood bistro which prides itself on quality restaurant fare. The chef uses superior ingredients, many of which are handpicked from the local farmer’s market. Specialties at Salugo include the Maiale, a grilled double cut pork chop with long hot Italian peppers & potatoes, Gamberi, jumbo shrimp in spicy white wine and lemon sauce with mashed potatoes or their Gallina, boneless chunks of chicken, shiitake mushrooms and hot cherry peppers in a rosemary and white wine sauce, just to name a few! Feast on their 12” or 16” Salugo style, specialty gourmet pizzas such as the Piccolina with fontina, gorgonzola, fig, prosciutto and balsamic reduction or the Trifolati with fontina shiitake mushrooms, truffle oil, butcher cracked peppercorn.

You are welcome to dine in the Italian Countryside themed dining room which has a magnificent view of beautiful Verona Park! Salugo Bistro also offers a fine dining experience delivered to your home. The delivery service area covers Verona, Montclair, The Caldwells and Essex Fells.
